Josh grew up in Rison, AR., and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2007, where he met his wife, Amanda. Josh completed his Master of Science degree in college student personnel services and administration at the University of Central Arkansas in May of 2015.
The past 8 years have been exciting for Josh, as he has contributed to the increase in freshman enrollment at two different public institutions of higher education in this state. He began his higher education career as a student recruitment specialist for UA-Monticello and then accepted an assistant director of admissions position at the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. Josh served as chair of the Professional Access and Equity Committee for the Arkansas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and was co-chairperson of the College Fair Automation Committee from 2012-2013.
Josh has a passion for seeing students reach their full potential in life through higher education and the local church.
